Peacock does not have minimums for embroidery orders. Caps are an exception and the minimum is 2 dozens.
For any embroidery order, we need to digitize your logo; it means, save the artwork of your logo in a computerized format (either DST or EMB) that the machine is able to read. Only digitizing experts are able to digitize an artwork.
This is a process that requires specific software, experts and time. The price depends on the size of the artwork. Digitize regular logos (up to 4 inches) costs $60. However, the digitizing is a one-time charge; once we digitize your logo, you can do as many orders you want without paying this setup fee.
We can digitize your logo using any digital image of it. You can send us the artwork of your logo in any computerized format such as JPG, BMP, TIFF, PCX, CPT, etc. We also accept vector images: Adobe or Illustrator.
If you already have your logo digitized you can email it to us and avoid the setup fee. However, you should make sure that your logo is in a DST or EMB format. Sometimes people confuse computerized formats.
We can modify the original size and colors of your logo. We can also include extra lettering lines to your logo. However, if you need to modify another part of the design, we may re-digitize your logo. In this case, there will be an extra fee of $15 to $30 for the changes.
Embroidery companies have different policies regarding this question. In Peacock Branding Specialists, the customer owns his design. Once we digitize the logo, we keep it in our files for future orders; however, if the customer requests the digitized logo we email him/her the file.
Yes, we do. Every time we work in a new logo we provide our customer with a sewout sample of the logo; we never proceed with any new order before receiving the customer’s approval on his/her logo. We also provide samples for most of our apparel items; they are available for three weeks after the client requests the sample.
Our turnaround is 10 business days. However, we are flexible with rush orders. If you have a specific deadline let us know before so we can schedule your order the best we can.
